The Institute's work is based on andragogy - adult learning: "path of experiences" or "learning by doing." Experience through action is key to learning and attitude change. There are no set formulas: the activities are developed in partnership with our customers, according to their characteristics, culture and specific needs. A premise of the Institute is the belief that organizations develop to the extent their collaborators learn to know themselves better, either professionally, collectively and spiritually.
